J&C Healthcare Ltd becomes the latest company to join our expanding network of businesses who prioritise the wellbeing of their staff. Current staff members already have private treatments with myself, and after telling company director James about the initiative, he quickly got in touch and we organised an in-house treatment for himself. Having now felt the benefit that treatments can bring, we are now planning quarterly treatments for all staff members of J&C Healthcare, in their Mutley based office.

With the physical and emotional nature of healthcare, treatments can help alleviate physical stress in the form of muscular tightness, tension and pain, and also emotional stress; releasing endorphins and reducing toxins in the body.

We look forward to taking care of James and the team at J&C Healthcare in the new year, and are excited to see the business flourish with their new found physical and emotional well-being initiative.

6 WEEK SHOULDER PROGRESS⁣
⁣
During his regular sessions, Lewis highlighted a longstanding issue with his shoulder mobility which was starting to effect his lifting in the gym. We observed Lewis through a mixture of active and resisted movements, where we highlighted a lack of activation in the posterior structures of the shoulder, resulting in a lack of stability. With his PT we set up a clear plan to work on these issues, improving both his mobility and strength. ⁣
⁣
Just 6 weeks later, there is a clear improvement in Lewis’ overhead mobility, but also is now lifting pain free and has much better stability of the shoulder blade. We will now look to make sure this is maintained in his regular sessions to look after his body 🤝
