It’s such a blessing when we can support each other in releasing tension and pain from the body. Today, I had the pleasure of receiving care from a wonderful , and I made the most of the opportunity!

Lucyna is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and a fourth-year physiotherapy student. With her skill and gentle care, she helped me release the pain and tension in my back — and the experience was truly amazing.

✨ On Monday evening, we gathered at Lela Healing Sanctuary for a powerful self-defense class — and what an experience it was!

Not only did we learn practical techniques, but we also built confidence, resilience, and the reassurance that we can protect ourselves if ever needed. 💪🌸 Of course, we hope none of us will ever have to use these skills, but having them is empowering and invaluable.
