☘️ A fantastic St Patrick’s Day at Manor House! ☘️
We celebrated in true Irish style alongside Dermot, also known as ‘Murphy’, our very own Irish gent 🇮🇪💚
We enjoyed a traditional Irish champ, a well-earned pint of Guinness 🍺, and rounded off the day with an Irish sing-along led by Murphy himself, who truly knows how to celebrate, the Irish way 🎶✨
A day full of laughter, music, and wonderful memories shared by all! ☘️

When Corren left the Maintenance Manager job with us to pursue her Royal Navy career she promised to pop in and see us, and last week she did just that.
Corren got her Kings Commission in December and popped in to Manor House to say ‘hello’ to Amy and the team before flying out to join her ship. Amongst others, Corren had a lovely chat with Ken, who worked on the dock in Plymouth and had memories of Navy ships coming in and out. He thoroughly enjoyed the chat and commented on how smart Corren looked in her uniform!
We wish Corren well in her new career. Calm seas and fair winds, Ma’am.

Valentine’s Day at Manor House was one to remember 💕
Our home was filled with sweet treats, themed delights, laughter, music and the kind of joy that makes every moment special. From beautifully prepared Valentine’s goodies to heartfelt smiles shared between residents and staff, love was truly all around.
As we celebrated together, we also took time to remember those who are no longer with us, cherished, missed, and forever in our hearts. 🌹
At Manor House, love isn’t just for one day, it’s something we share every single day. 💖

We are looking for a Part-Time Housekeeper
Location: Manor House, Plymouth
About the role:
You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness within the beautifully located home in Plymouth, working closely with other members of the team.
Your key duties in this role will include vacuuming, mopping, polishing and general up-keep of all communal areas and our residents' bedrooms.
You will keep accurate records on our cleaning schedule and you will maintain housekeeping stocks for day to day use and raise any issues to the Manager, as you go.
Job Type: Permanent, Part-time
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 80 hours per month
