We are recruiting for a part time Housekeeper.
You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness within the beautifully located home in Plymouth, working closely with other members of the team.
Your key duties in this role will include vacuuming, mopping, polishing and general up-keep of all communal areas and our residents' bedrooms.
You will keep accurate records on our cleaning schedule and you will maintain housekeeping stocks for day to day use and raise any issues to the Manager, as you go.
You will take real pride in ensuring your work is always completed to the highest standard. We pride ourselves on recruiting honest individuals and who share our core values therefore, you will enjoy creating an environment that's well maintained, making sure our residents are comfortable and feel well looked after.

Job Title: Maintenance Person
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Person to join our friendly, caring and professional team working in our care home in Plymouth.
Based in Plymouth the successful applicant(s) will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of buildings and grounds, as well as completing weekly and monthly Health and Safety checks in line with Care Quality Commission and Health and Safety at Work Act. There will be other tasks as and when required that will still fit within the general property maintenance skill set.
The successful applicant should already have some experience of this kind of role or have a building, decorating or trades background, have access to their own vehicle and be able to drive. Tools, PPE etc will be supplied but your own tools could be an advantage.

🎄🎶 Manor House was full of festive cheer today as we enjoyed a wonderful Christmas party with lots of singing, laughter, and joyful moments 🎶✨

It was especially lovely to welcome family and loved ones, sharing time together, getting involved and creating memories that made the day truly special 💛

A huge thank you to Adele, our Activities Coordinator, for organising such a fantastic celebration and making the day so memorable for everyone 🎉🎄

Moments like these are what Christmas is all about!

At Manor House, our dining room was transformed into everyone’s new favourite local , The Manor Arms, for a brilliant afternoon of pub-style fun.

Residents enjoyed their drink of choice, dusted off their favourite old-time games, and shared plenty of laughs along the way 🎲🍷
No bar tab, no queues… just great company and fantastic engagement all round!

A reminder that familiar settings can spark wonderful memories and meaningful moments 💛
