Posted 23/03/23 - I last stepped on the boditrax machine at the gym a month before I started plan. I went along for an open day but I wasn’t ready to join as i felt really uncomfortable so decided to concentrate on my diet.

I joined the gym this week after losing over 3 stone. I’ve had my induction and have a wonderful plan to follow and feel so much more comfortable and confident!

My metabolic age has come down from 54 to 39!!! 1 year younger than my real age 😃

I can’t wait to keep tracking and start toning up 💪🏻

Original flight to Dublin was cancelled so had to stay an extra night. I ran out of products so allowed myself 3 smallish meals yesterday…definitely over calories but I enjoyed it and will be back on plan from this evening 💪🏻
