Wow what an amazing donation Thursday ❤️❤️
So many wonderful folk donating so much wonderful aid .. it definitely kept us on our toes!

And it was sunny ☀️☀️yah

❤️🇺🇦❤️ Wowzers .. that was one productive day!
Both myself and Sue were up the unit before sunrise and cracked on with a mountain of wonderful posted parcels,
knowing that dear Elaine and Colin were arriving late morning with a van full of donations collected from the Cambridge region ❤️
We managed to open the post and complete 2 pallets before Elaine arrived! And then a further 2, we palleted “live” as we unloaded the van.
Thank you to our warehouse hero’s in today .. Sue, Penny, Marie, Linda and Lesley plus Anne, Bev and Trudi in the knit room.
Tomorrow is going to be equally as busy as it’s donation day .. we are especially short of military aid like sleeping bags, ground mats, gas stoves, head torches, thermals, energy bars, large wet wipes, spanner and socket sets as well as food items, hygiene like shampoo and soap and larger children’s nappy’s and baby milk.
We still need Easter eggs.. currently they are £1 with your Tesco Club card.. thank you to everyone who has sent money to us .. Sue and Pat went shopping Friday and will go again this week.
I’ve just spent over £1,000 on military tourniquet’s and hemostatic bandages, thank you to everyone who asked us to buy military .. it’s life saving 🙏
So, there’s today’s amazing update .. we are all shattered but it’s a good tired .. we had a such a productive day and I can’t wait until tomorrow

Our sincere and heartfelt thanks to our incredible friends abroad —
Puma Plymouth Ukraine Medical Aid and Ali Piper (Puma Ukraine) 💙💛🙏

Thanks to your kindness, support, and big hearts, we were able to collect and deliver aid packages for families of internally displaced people who were forced to leave their homes and start their lives again from the beginning… 🏠💔

These packages were also given to the families of our servicemen — the brave defenders who are protecting Ukraine in the hottest front-line areas today. 🇺🇦🪖

Each package contained the most essential items:
food supplies 🥖🥫,
hygiene products 🧴🧼,
warm blankets 🧣🛏️ —
and also a small part of our care, love, and human warmth. 🤗❤️

Thank you to every one of you for your kindness, generosity, and support!
You give not only help — you give hope, faith, and the feeling that we are not alone. ✨🙏

Together we do great and meaningful things!
Together we support those who need it the most! 💙💛

🇺🇦❤️ Morning all… a very late post for donation day! 🫣

It was incredible busy with only myself, Sue and Marie in plus Larry doing pickups and Steve covering the barrier. Thank you to Pat and Lorraine for bringing up hub donations and Larry for picking up over 100 pairs of crutches from Derriford hospital!

Puma does both big and small things, but all of them truly matter.🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
Today we want to share special words of gratitude to Sue, who provided melatonin💊 medication for these wonderful women.

From the bottom of my heart, I thank her for the medicine for my grandmother, who has dementia, and Anna from Nikopol is also grateful for the medicine for her special daughter.

For these people, you are their whole world, caring for them from thousands of kilometres away ❤️🇺🇦🇬🇧❤️

People who should have had a peaceful and dignified old age… People who should never have had to see war again… Elderly, bedridden, vulnerable people who depend on care and compassion.
We are grateful to Father Dmytriy and Matushka Olha for looking after them.
Puma will continue supporting Odesa for as long as the need remains ❤️‍🩹😥

Lazzer and Clare also went to Liskard hospital and picked up loads of surplus walking/mobility aids🙏💕

So much achieved .. so many amazing posted parcels and drop off donations received ❤️

Puma hero’s in today … Sue, Penny, Melinda, Clare, Jon, Lesley, barrier Steve and Angela and then Anne, Bev and Trudy in the knit room plus Lazzer bringing up parcels and buying Easter eggs and Dick collecting a genny and doing our cardboard tip run.

What a team … honestly so much love here ❤️

Every single donation is precious.. we are only 3 1/2 weeks away from our next aid run .. a pretty big ask I know but this is Puma .. we will do it ❤️

I’ve just received a request from dear Olena Zhuzhma. She has asked if we are able to get hold of some triple antibiotic wound and burns ointment for the soldiers at the frontline. They desparately need this and would be so grateful.
Ali has added it to the Amazon wish list, but I have enclosed a picture here for anyone that would like to source it elsewhere. Hoping we can help them 🙏❤️🇺🇦

Today we received a heartfelt photo report from the town of Mykolaivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region, almost on the very edge of the Ukrainian–Russian front line. Twenty-five elderly people are living there — all evacuated with nothing, without family, and with nowhere left to return to.😢💔

They are deeply and sincerely grateful for the crutches and walking frames, as well as the knitted blankets lovingly prepared and given to each and every one of them. For them, this is not just practical help — it is warmth, dignity, and the feeling that they have not been forgotten.

We have been supporting them for a long time, and Ali is hoping to visit them at Easter, if the security situation allows.

Let us come together to prepare small Easter gifts and sweet treats for them 🙏🏻❤️ Even the smallest gesture will bring comfort, light, and a sense of care to their hearts.
