Club Continental Independently owned health club in Plymouth City Centre, part of the New Continental Hotel.

Our city centre location makes Club Continental the perfect location for people who want to exercise before work, at lunchtimes or after work. To find out if a gym membership will help you achieve your health and fitness goals why not have a consultation with a fitness instructor. An induction session will show you how to use all the equipment safely. We will help you assess all areas of your lifestyle from diet, stress management and exercise and will help you plan a fitness programme to help you look and feel your best. If you are worried that your motivation might wane why not book a series of one-on-one sessions with one of our personal trainers. Regular goal setting and a work out with one of trainers will help you stay on track and develop your fitness to the next level. Full membership


Entitles members to use all facilities between;
7am – 9pm Monday to Friday
8am – 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Single person membership per year £335.00 or £33.00 per month
Joint couple membership per year £520.00
Child membership (aged 5 to 16) per year £80.00 or £8.00 per month
A joining fee of £75.00 is applicable, payable once only
Corporate membership is available on request. Off peak membership


Entitles members to use all facilities between;
9.00am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday

Single person membership per year £260.00 or £26.00 per month
Joint couple membership per year £390.00 or £39.00 per month
Senior citizen membership per year £220.00 or £23.00 per month
Child membership (aged 5 to 16) per year £80.00 or £8.00 per month
A joining fee of £75.00 is applicable, payable once only. Guests


Members are able to sign guests in at a fee per session:
Adult – £6.00
Child – £4.00
