We work with families and individuals across Plymouth navigating mental health challenges, trauma, grief, disability, chronic illness, or emotional overwhelm — often shaped by poverty, isolation, or exclusion from care.

Many of those we support are LGBTQ+ households, single parents, carers, or neurodivergent. Some are currently experiencing, or rebuilding after loss, addiction, or violence. Others are navigating systems that were never designed with their realities or identify in mind.

Hidden Lives exists for the people who’ve been overlooked, misunderstood, or turned away — not because they didn't deserve care, but because they didn’t fit a box.

Here, you’re not just another case. You’re not just another label.

You're human and your story matters.

Thats 7 whole years of helping people feel safe, seen, heard and connected.

To celebrate, we’re sharing a refreshed look and some exciting changes.

We’re not changing course.
We’re just widening the path.

The logo you’ll see here has changed — but only slightly.
It still holds what matters.

With renewed socials, a reimagined website, and more ways to connect on the way,
we’re building on what’s come before — but reaching further, deeper, and stronger.

This isn’t a new story.
