Plymouth Heartbeat Heartbeat is cardiac rehab suite/gym, open to all members of the public. With a great, friendly atmosphere. Everybody welcome no matter your ability.

If your not sure come and have a look around and a chat. Prices:

Adult Membership - £12 Per Year
Adult Gym Session - £1.50 Per Visit

*Under 16's Membership - £5. Per Year
*Under 16's Gym Session - £1. Per Visit

Key Fobs - £1.00

Pre pay block sessions 8 for £10.00
Pre pay block sessions 17 for £20.00

Water £1.00

We now take card payments.

We are closed Monday 4th May as it is a Bank Holiday.
But we are open until 8pm Friday, from 6.30 am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday 11am to 4pm.

Caitlyn did it. Half of the climb was without the head due to the heat. But she climbed 330 floors in a respectable climb time of 31 min 50 second. She had in total 21 mins of rest time. Thank you so much for your efforts.
