Advanced medical chemical peels training today at our clinic. Shannon our lovely Australian nurse agreed to be the first model to have the medium depth medical grade TCA peel from SkinTech to address sun damage causing irregular pigmentation as well as anti-aging to help tighten the skin and reverse wrinkles.

She had a full-face treatment including lips and eyelids

It's reported that 50% of women in the UK will experience a form of incontinence at some form in their lives.

According to incontinence.co.uk, it is estimated that around 7 million people in the UK have urinary incontinence, with women being twice as likely to be affected than men. However, as only 1 in 5 will choose not to seek medical advice, the number is likely to be much higher.

The number is also affected by the fact that if someone does reach out to see an NHS professional, the treatments available can be very limited.

Selfies across Slovenia. I have just finished a 8 day,290 mile off road mountain bike trip in Slovenia. Across the beautiful and rugged Julian Alps to the Adriatic coast ending in Piran. Great to be able to do the trip with my son Tom and old biking friends. Thankfully no injuries this time so back in clinic this week!
