BE CAREFUL: there is too much misunderstanding about healthy eating, rely and listen to confirmed sources/specialists only.
Again this year I'm sharing golden rules, the base for being healthy. Here is your lucky 13 - check ingredients and avoid these below:
1. TRANS FAT (hydrogenated plant oil)
2. Glucose - fructose syrup (corn syrup)
3. PALM OIL
4. Fructose, maltodextrin, dextrose
5. products called: 'light', 'zero'
6. Sweeteners: aspartame, acesulfame k, sucralose, saccharine, stevia, xylitol.
7. Ham, sausages with preservatives E 250 !!
8. Bread having more than these 4 ingredients: salt/flour/yeast/water
9. Colourants (food coloring dyes: Blue 1 & 2, Red 40, Yellow 5&6)
10. Instant coffee
11. Caramel E 150c
12. Table salt with E 536
13. Plastic packaging other than recycle # 2 or 5
