We have worked in private physiotherapy for over 20 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge for diagnosing and treating various musculoskeletal injuries, and provide a tailored treatment programme to your needs. We have free on site parking, a fully manned reception, 5 treatment rooms, and provide a friendly and professional service. Introducing the most recent addition to our team at Bowden Physio,
Ian Pickens.
Originally qualifying at diploma level in sport therapy and manipulative therapy Ian has attended many courses in hands on treatments. He gained a first class honours degree in sports therapy and was one of only two recipients of a CIMPSA award for an outstanding honours project. Ian’s experience includes working in semi and professional football as well as the clinic setting. When time allows Ian enjoys discovering the southwest whilst walking with my wife, daughter and pet dog.

I've had the pleasure of working with Simon to get him in the best place physically for his chairty run across Iceland. Simon and the team are raising money for Rock 2 Recovery a charitable organisation which supports emergency responders and ex-military personnel who are affected by stress.
While in Iceland Simon and the team will be running north to south over 9 days covering 209 miles. This is the equivalent of 8 marathons back to back! As well as the huge distances they will cover, they will also be living in the wilderness battling intense conditions for the entire time.
