This green drink is Biome DT, one of the 5 products that accompany a healthy eating plan. It’s packed with fibre and contains psyllium, broccoli, inulin, glutamine and zinc to support microbiome purification.

On this programme there’s no calorie counting, just a diet of simple foods and a supportive WhatsApp group, led by me, to share tips, snack ideas and recipes for healthier living.

Our emotions can have such a big impact on our health…

Within Kinesiology we look at the whole person including their emotions in order to maintain balance and well-being. I talked about this in a recent webinar on Respiratory Health and the umbrella emotion for the lungs is grief and depending on the symptoms we can hone it down a little more.

Although everything may not be fully due to emotions there is often a relevance which can be helped with affirmations and Bach flower remedies too. 👉Asthma - Grief and feeling smothered or stifled
👉Hayfever - Grief and feeling the pressure of the calendar and passing time
👉Post nasal drip - Grief and inner crying
👉Bronchitis - Grief and discord in the home
👉Sinusitis - Grief and an irritation to someone close to you
👉Allergies - Grief and an irritation with something external
👉Pneumonia - Grief and tired of life

Check out Louise Hays book 'You can Heal Your Life' to learn more about symptoms, their associated emotion and the affirmations to help.

These savoury seeds are so quick and easy to make. You can snack on them or sprinkle on salads, cooked vegetables or stir fries for some extra protein. They’re highly nutritious, high in antioxidants, high in fibre and have been linked to a range of health benefits.

Another simple and helpful technique to try yourself….

SYSTEMATIC KINESIOLOGY HEALTH TIP: Supporting Reproductive Health

For menstrual, fertility, or prostate support, gentle self-massage can help improve circulation and lymphatic flow in the reproductive area.

- Using your fingertips, gently massage each corner of your p***c bones, one side at a time.

- Apply pressure only to the point of comfort — never to the point of pain.

- Continue for a few minutes or until any initial discomfort eases.

This simple technique can help promote balance, relieve tension, and support the natural function of the reproductive system.

Great to help with Christmas over indulgence…

✨ CHRISTMAS KINESIOLOGY HEALTH TIP ✨

Over the Christmas holidays, it’s easy to over-indulge — especially with sugar. Too much sugar can place extra stress on the immune system, and cravings can sometimes linger longer than we’d like.

To gently support the body as we ease back into balance, some people find the following helpful:

• Liquorice root, which is naturally rich in chromium and may support sugar cravings
• Nopal, a cactus traditionally used to help balance excess sugar and fat in the blood
(If you’re on medication, it’s always wise to check with your doctor first.)

You can also support blood sugar balance with a simple kinesiology technique:

🔹 Front points
Locate a small dip between the ribs on the side of your body, a few inches below the breast or pectoral crease. If unsure, gently explore until you find a slightly tender spot. Rub 4–6 times on each side, using a comfortable level of pressure, and notice it gradually soften.

🔹 Back points
These can be harder to reach on your own. You can use the back of your knuckles or ask someone to help by gently rubbing the corresponding points on your back.

If this resonates with you, trying it may feel both balancing and empowering — a gentle way to support your body after indulgence and ease cravings as you move forward.
