Astra of Astar Therapeutics trained with us in 2021, fitting her learning around her full time job. Astra completed her Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage massage, aromatherapy, pregnancy massage to name a few!

Skip forward 5 years and she has built the foundation of her business and is now working towards being a full time self-employed therapist at Plymouth Wellbeing Centre.
