☕ Veterans Coffee Afternoon – You’re Invited
Join us for a relaxed and welcoming afternoon dedicated to our veteran community. Whether you served recently or many years ago, this is a chance to reconnect, share stories, and enjoy good company over a cup of coffee.

📅 Date: Monday 16th February
🕒 Time: 1pm - 3pm
📍 Location: Practice Plus Group Hospital Plymouth

As part of the event, guests are welcome to take a guided tour of the hospital hosting. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet members of staff who are veterans themselves, hear their experiences, and see how they continue to support others through their work.

Kylie throws hip pain to the mat!🥋💪

After years of chronic hip pain, lifelong judo competitor Kylie Adams feared her sporting career might be over. Thanks to hip surgery at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Plymouth she’s now pain-free, back in the dojo, and soon representing Great Britain at the World Veterans Judo Championships in Paris!🙌💜
