🌟 We’re proud to announce Alabaré as our Charity of the Year 🌟

Alabaré is doing incredible work supporting homeless veterans, helping them rebuild confidence, gain new skills and move into safe, independent homes. Their recent Stirling House self‑build project in Plymouth saw veterans earn construction qualifications, secure employment opportunities and even move into the homes they helped create 🏡💪
With a second project underway in Barne Barton, Alabaré continues to provide life‑changing support for those who have served our country.
We’re excited to partner with them this year and help extend the impact of this vital work.✨

A huge thank you to everyone who attended our very first Veterans Coffee Afternoon ☕
It was truly wonderful to see so many people come together, share stories, and support one another. Your presence made the event special and reminded us exactly why these gatherings matter.

We’d also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the staff who worked hard behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly. Your dedication, kindness, and teamwork made the day a real success.

We’re also delighted to announce our Charity of the Year: Alabaré, who do incredible work helping homeless veterans on their journey to recovery and independence. We’re proud to support such an inspiring cause.

It was a real honour for our Hospital Director, Sarah Fell, and our Clinical Educator, Darryl Newman, to attend the City College Plymouth Annual Apprenticeship Awards. 🤝🎉
The event was a fantastic celebration of the outstanding talent developing across our city, and it was inspiring to hear from guest speaker Steve Davis, six-time World Snooker Champion.
It was also a pleasure to reconnect with colleagues, both familiar faces and new, from across healthcare, local government, and a wide range of commercial organisations in Plymouth.
A thoroughly enjoyable evening and a great showcase of the future workforce.👏💜

It’s been a year since we launched our post-surgery s*x guide and it’s still proving popular! 🎉
We launched the guide last Valentine’s Day on our website and in national media, it even made it onto Lorraine thanks to Dr Hilary Jones.📺❤️

The team work tirelessly to provide delicious meals for our patients and staff, always accommodating dietary needs with a smile. This award is a true testament to their hard work and dedication.
