C E L E B R A T I N G Y O G A & ☀️~ Happy International Yoga Day and Summer Solstice 🧘🏻♀️
I was very lucky to enjoy a special outdoor yoga session with a beautiful view from woodbury this evening 🌅
A time to connect with nature and light and consider what we are grateful for in our lives, as well as thinking ahead to coming months and intentions we might like to set 🍃
As a mum of a busy toddler and a military wife, I don’t get huge amounts of time to focus on my own practise so it was a real treat to do so this evening and on such a prominent day 🥰
What I love about yoga is the capacity we have to come back to our mats, even after periods of time away. Or to start after years of never feeling interested in or able to try it 🙏
I’m always blown away by the clarity it offers the mind and the opportunity to strengthen the connection we have between our breath and body…not to mention the physical benefits. For me, yoga has totally transformed my life in the last 22 years I’ve been practising…but if you’ve never given it a go, why not have a think about looking up a local class near you? And if it’s been a while, why not reconnect with your mat, your body, breath and mind? 🙌
I’m very much looking forward to my yoga classes restarting Lympstone Village at the end of June; I’ve been missing my regulars. I’m mostly booked up but I have a few spaces to share with those who’d like to join very soon. Watch this space 👀
