Iβm a level 3 Personal Trainer & Exercise Referral Instructor I have many qualifications in nutrition including a Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Weight Loss.. Iβve been helping people to lose weight for over 10 years and have gained lots of experience on the way.
I run a 6 week online weight loss programme where I help you makes changes to your current diet to promote weight loss and also run habit coaching programs for long term success.
I will analyse your food diary and give you hints and tips to make small changes to help you lose weight (drastic changes can sometimes lead to it not being sustainable) I will also use this diary to tailor a habit coaching program to you that I think will benefit you the most.. you will have a daily check in and lesson to complete online each day which will help you to make better food choices and create healthier habits π
I will work out your daily calorie needs based on your activity levels and teach you how to track your calories, this doesnβt have to be done forever but it really is a eye opener and makes you realise how many calories your actually eating, teaches you about portion sizes and which foods really use up your allowance. I also have lots of tasty recipes for you to try with the calories already worked out π
The 6 week program costs Β£35 if after the 6 weeks you wanted to carry on to help keep you motivated and accountable you would go on to the accountability program and pay just Β£30 for another 6 weeks.
