People keep finding me for the same reason.

They want the benefits of strength training… but not the aggressive, smash-yourself gym culture.

They resonate with me because approach is holistic.

We train hard.
We lift properly.
We push the body to adapt.

But we also respect it. We work with your nervous system, your lifestyle, and your capacity. Because when you train this way, beautiful things happen.

In the last 6–8 months I’ve worked with:

• mums getting their strength back
• people nervous about stepping into a gym
• clients in their 20’s & 60’s
• cancer / tumour recovery clients
• people who want strength without burnout

Every client teaches me something new too — and I love that part of PT.

If you’re looking for a different way into strength training, this might be for you.

You’ll train with me at Block Gym Plymouth, run your programme through my coaching app, and have access to my yoga-based knowledge alongside your training.

I’m giving away one of the final spaces at our next Women’s Wellness Circle on March 28th (12:00–13:00).

This space is about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and spending time in community with other women.

During the circle we’ll move through:

✨ Journalling with guided prompts
✨ A gentle female-focused yoga flow
✨ Yin practice to soften and surrender
✨ Deep guided relaxation to calm your nervous system

5K to Half Marathon in 4 months?!
If you’d told me in January I’d be running this kind of distance, I wouldn’t have believed you. I could just about manage 5K without stopping back then.

Now I’m 4 weeks out from race day, chasing a personal best, and somehow still turning up—even when my mind is screaming “just stop” at 4K.
Running has stretched me mentally more than anything else lately… but we move.

I’ve got one or two more long runs left before the big day, and then it’s go time!
Still not totally sure if I like running, though 🤪😂
