The Park is looking absolutely beautiful in the winter sunshine today. By the end of the day, all 100 additional trees will have been planted, and it’s wonderful to hear such positive comments from visitors about how lovely The Park is looking.

Many of these newly planted trees can be memorialised in memory of a loved one which is a meaningful way to create a lasting tribute.

The Park grounds are also open at weekends and Public Holidays from 10am to 4pm so that you can enjoy the peaceful beauty and find a special place for reflection and remembrance.

After the heavy rain yesterday, the sun is starting to rise on Efford Cemetery this morning.

Our Remembrance Christmas Trees are lovingly placed in the Book of Remembrance Room at Efford and Weston Mill cemeteries, as well as in the Book of Remembrance Pavilion at The Park, one can also be found in our public cafe at The Park. These trees offer a gentle and heartfelt way for families to honour and remember their loved one during the festive season. Each tag hung on the tree carries a personal message, a small but meaningful gesture that keeps their memory alive and close to our hearts.

So many people are talking about and enquiring about Direct Cremations. To support these discussions and enquiries we have produced a leaflet that details the Direct Cremation services that we offer here at The Park and what makes using a local Funeral Director and The Park different.

Today we are taking delivery of approximately 100 trees that will be planted at Plymouth Crematorium at The Park this week.

Co Op Funeral Care are holding an Open Day today from 10am to 2pm at their Care Centre, Cott Hill, Plymouth. Everyone is welcome to see behind the scenes and how they care for loved ones.
Staff from Plymouth Crematorium at The Park are also in attendance to help answer any questions you may have about the services we offer as well as ways to remember a loved one.
