Monday morning is here and a new week begins. This weeks shoutout goes to steve hodge from our Plymouth Office who has been super busy developing our Supported Living sector of the business for both Plymouth and Truro.

‼️ Did you know that Indiana Healthcare currently have 2 Supported Living homes in the Plymouth area, where we can support service users in transitioning into their own living space. We are currently developing homes in the Cornwall area and hoping to support even more service users transitioning into their own homes.

Steve has over 10 years experience working within Care and he is our strategy guru.

It’s been a busy and exciting few weeks at Indiana Healthcare! We've taken on new care packages, secured additional tenders, and made great progress on some exciting developments at our Truro branch.

Meanwhile, Steve and Jackie from our Plymouth team have been out in the community, treating some of our clients to a well deserved slice of cake and a cup of tea. We're excited to welcome Brianna to the team! She joins us at our Truro branch as our new Admin Assistant. Brianna will be working alongside Ellie to support with onboarding, recruitment, and general administrative tasks throughout the day.

Some of our staff and clients may have already had the pleasure of speaking with Brianna over the phone, and we're pleased to share that she will now be a key point of contact here at Truro as well.

Brianna brings with her a strong understanding of the business, having grown up around it as the Director’s daughter. Her insight and familiarity with our values and operations make her a fantastic addition to the team.

Who we are.

Indiana Healthcare Services is a growing care agency based in Central Plymouth. We have been in business since 2017 and operate a 24/7 service with our large team of friendly and experienced carers and nurses, covering unexpected and short notice shifts at care homes around Devon and Cornwall, as well as long-term staffing solutions.

Our app-based booking provides quick and clear info to staff on outstanding shifts available, which enables us to confirm shifts to customers quickly after receiving details. Carers applying for shifts are chosen based on a matrix of factors including:


  • Familiarity to the customer

  • Reliability
