What an incredible day at the Titanic exhibition in Exeter! 🌊⚓🚢

It was a fascinating journey back in time, with so many artefacts that brought the history of the Titanic to life. Everyone really enjoyed exploring the exhibition, learning more about the people on board, and reflecting on such an iconic moment in history.

We were amazed to learn the Titanic carried 1,000 bottles of wine… but personally, we didn’t think that would have been enough 😆

A big thank you to everyone who helped make this special day possible - it was a voyage to remember!

A new location for us today at the Rusty Tractor, a farm café next to Endsleigh Garden Centre! 🚜🐐🐷🐑

Everyone had a lovely time meeting the pigs, goats, sheep, and even alpacas. We wrapped up the visit with coffee and ice cream🍦☕

Definitely a must-visit spot, plus there’s a fantastic play park for the little ones!

After weeks of hard work, Amy from our Activities Team proudly opened our brand new shop experience, designed especially for our dementia residents. This isn’t just a shop - it’s a place of escapism, independence, and joy.

With thoughtful touches for all five senses - real scents of herbs and fruit, the taste of fresh bread and sweets, background shop sounds, vibrant colours, and a welcoming layout - we’ve created a safe, stimulating space where residents can enjoy a truly immersive shopping experience.

Shelves are within reach, shopping bags are ready, and even a cosy bistro set awaits for coffee and cake with loved ones. It’s a space for memories, smiles, and meaningful moments.

A huge thank you to Amy and everyone who made today possible - you’ve created something truly magical ✨🥖🍬🍫🍩☕️

🍿🎬 “Life is like a box of chocolates…” Our lovely residents at Bell Torr had a chilled movie morning watching Forrest Gump, complete with popcorn and plenty of smiles!

Meanwhile, over at Torr, our residents got creative and embraced the season with some beautiful autumn crafts 🍁🎨🖌️
