Both Tracey and Emma, Admiral Nurses, work closely with many people who live at Devonshire supporting each individual dementia journey! They are truly amazing people and an asset to Plymouth and South Hams! The gentleman featured in the video lives at our sister home Elburton Heights Care Home and it's always a pleasure to see the differences made every day within care 😀
