Good afternoon, and Happy New Year to you all.

I’m just sending a brief message to clients who are booked in for massage appointments this coming week. With the cold weather and icy road conditions, I understand that some of you may find it difficult to travel.

If you think you may be unable to attend your appointment, I would really appreciate it if you could let me know as soon as possible. If it is safe and possible for you to attend, please do keep your appointment, as last-minute cancellations can be difficult to fill.
