Rob first joined the team in 2016 and, after returning in 2018, has continued to make a lasting impact ever since.

Although based within our Residential Services, Rob consistently goes above and beyond — supporting and working across all three services whenever needed. His flexibility and commitment make a real difference to both colleagues and the people we support every day.

🎉 9 YEARS OF SERVICE… AND 9 YEARS OF DAD JOKES! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating 9 amazing years of Steve M being part of the team! In that time, he’s delivered outstanding care, supported colleagues, and… delivered more dad jokes than we can legally keep track of.

We’re not saying his jokes are bad . . . but some of them qualify for a risk assessment.

Here are just a few classics we’ve survived:

“I only know 25 letters of the alphabet… I don’t know y.”
“I used to be addicted to soap… but I’m clean now.”
“I told my boss I needed a raise… he said I needed better jokes.” (He ignored that advice.)

All jokes aside (well… most of them), we’re incredibly lucky to have you. Your dedication, kindness, and ability to make people laugh & brighten every shift.

We are currently recruiting for the following permanent vacancies:

**Residential Care Worker - Derriford, Plymouth
- 40 hour per week contract available (173hrs per calendar month).
- Shifts: 08.00-20.00 including alternate weekends.
- Residential home for 4 adults with learning disabilities. Supported on a 1:1 basis.
- Driver preferred due to access to Motability vehicles.

**Community Support Worker – Plymouth
- 30 / 40 hours per week contracts available (130/173hrs per calendar month)
- Shifts: 6 / 8 /12 hr shifts including alternate weekends. Shifts worked between 07.00 – 20.00.
- Supported living settings working 1:1 with 1 individual per day.
- Driver preferred due to access to Motability vehicles.
