Seborrhoeic keratosis is a very common benign skin lesion that often appears as a brown, rough, or “stuck-on” patch on the skin.

Although harmless, these lesions can sometimes become irritated, catch on clothing, or simply be a cosmetic concern.

Melanoma at the first stage is not a death sentence

Hearing the word Melanoma can feel frightening. However, when melanoma is detected at an early stage, outcomes are often very good.

At Stage 0 or Stage 1, the lesion is usually still confined to the skin. In many cases, surgical removal is enough, and patients go on to live normal lives without further problems.

This is exactly why early detection matters so much. Regular skin checks and attention to changing moles can make a real difference.

Melanoma is serious, but caught early, it is very treatable.
