When I first opened Holistic Beatz , Reiki was the very first treatment I trained in — and it still remains a firm favourite today. ✨

I continue to both share Reiki with you and receive it myself, and it’s amazing to reflect on how much my love for sharing holistic treatments has grown over these 2 years. 💜

It all started with my Reiki attunement, and from that moment, Holistic Beatz began to bloom.

I absolutely love being able to learn such amazing holistic treatments and continue to add more as I grow and train further — it’s a journey that keeps evolving, and I’m so grateful to share it with you all. 🌸

I’m still here!

This is where I’m spending most of my time at the moment face down in my counselling studies, currently my research project due next week…. I keep reminding myself when I wake up tired from working full time, studying and preparing for clinical placement that it’s temporary.

Self care is an absolute must at the moment with only 3.5 months to go until the end of my academic learning in January, I’m enjoying the learning and personal development from the course. It’ll all be worth it, actually it already is. Working towards a career in therapy full time is MY dream just for me. 🌈

8 years ago I made a phone call and spoke to Jason Ashton and booked on to Level 3 Complementary Therapies with Holistic Therapies Training Academy. I had just had a not so great experience with a different training provider but was still determined to find somewhere else to complete my qualification.

I rocked up to their premises in South Molton and did my massage training with Jason and aromatherapy & reflexology with Karen Ashton. Since then they have grown in and then out of 4 lots of premises and I am also on my 4th set of premises. I decided quite early on that I wanted to work with them, so I snuck my way in like a cunning fox 🦊 They didn't stand a chance 🤣 and now, like all bad smells they can’t get rid of me 🤣

I started off running a handful of accredited courses alongside my workshops and then progressed to become a VTCT Satelite Centre.

I have been up with them today working towards some new qualifications, which means…….NEW COURSES and the opportunity to work more with these guys when I compete my Level 4 IQA 💥
