If this is your registered pharmacy and you have a prescription due for collection, please contact us and we can arrange for your prescription to be transferred to an alternative pharmacy.

At Pathfields we are promoting Jess’s Rule, it is a patient safety initiative in primary care, supporting GP teams to critically re-evaluate if a patient presents three times, with the same or escalating symptoms or concerns and an existing treatment plan is not working.

Jess’s Rule is overseen by the Department of Health and Social Care and NHS England and was envisioned by Andrea and Simon Brady, parents of Jess. It is supported by the Royal College of General Practitioners.

💉Children under 6 are now being offered the MMRV vaccine instead of MMR as part of the NHS routine childhood vaccination programme.
This replaces the existing MMR vaccine and adds protection against chickenpox, alongside measles, mumps and rubella.

🫵You don’t need to do anything — your GP will contact you when your child is due.
