I tell people that they need to honour where they are at.

I am doing that for myself.

So, I will be taking a break for a few weeks.

I will still post bits and bobs.

But, there will not be lives or bookings available.

I have commitments (some I don't share publicly) that I need to be OK to maintain.

Anxiety has risen. It has been before, and we have walked together many times. This, too, shall pass. But I am also mindful that it requires me to navigate it.

In order to carve space and energy for others, I have to have enough of it myself as a minimum.

Had a coffee and breakfast with the manshape this morning.

It's a wet grey day here in Plymouth today.

We've popped to Tavistock, and it's greyer and wetter.

Sad as I love seeing Dartmoor when we head this way.

Also, cant remember the last time we came out here!!

The next video is the Harmonious Tarot. This is one of the Total Tarot decks.

I really enjoyed this one. The deck has a Victoriana feel with ethereal elements and details. The beautiful imagery feels like an Edwardian story book.
