I'm trying to reach out to.people that would like a helping hand.  A discreet acknowledgement they aren't alone.
I feel occasionally people don't ask for help because they don't feel their issues are worth troubling anyone. Or they just shut down, perhaps not feeling worthy of help.
Sometimes there can feel like a competition culture in large corporations that offer help.  Trauma and life changes cannot be measured.  It shouldnt be judged in any measure.
Everyone has strengths and weaknesses in different capacities depending on life experience.
My hope was to offer a discreet manner of reaching out to a person in need some assistance where no judgement, no criticism necessary.

Hypnosis is a way of relaxing the body, if you accept it in.  This in turn sends a message to your mind to say you are safe.  Reducing adrenaline and cortisol.  Prompting your mind to slow down your body shifts from fight, flight or freeze mode.  Promoting the release of serotonin and dopamine. 
It helps to quieten you critical conscious mind and brings the sub consciousness mind forward making you more open to suggestion.

This audio will be free of charge. I hope it may help.  Hypnosis is sometimes thought of as being forced or mind control.  This is a a false representation. You need to want to be hypnotised and you will be in control at all times.
Hypnosis does not feel like a trance it feels like deep relaxation and is actually a drawn in focus, just like when you get really into a great book or a film.  The outside world just zones out for a while.
If you find this audio does relax you and you feel it helps quieten the noise.  The mind learns through repetition just like learning a new skill.
