This is due to the underlying orbicularis muscle and its attachment the skin around the lips, combined with age related skin changes. To combat this we can use a combined technique 💉 of cannula subcision just below the skin, to break the tethers from the muscle to the skin, layered with a needle technique needle into the skin using Teoxane RHA1.
