I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. Maybe you don't get chance to talk openly with the people in your life, or perhaps you've fallen into unhelpful patterns. With my support, we can begin to change this. My philosophy & how I work
I work in an integrative way, meaning I can bring together different approaches depending on your needs. This always com
es from a person-centred place, where I will work with you. Every person deserves to be seen as a unique, three-dimensional individual. One of the biggest things I can help with is facilitating awareness. Awareness of your past, your relationships, who you are, and what you want. Many people struggle to recognise or express certain parts of themselves, but I hope with my help you can begin to feel whole and become your true self. Sometimes it’s hard to find the words; in these times, we can try working in a more creative way if you find this helpful. I also offer walk & talk therapy for those that find inspiration from being in nature. Some clients may want a little more direction and I am happy to offer this where needed. It’s about figuring out who you are and what you want. I will do my best to meet you where you are on your journey and share that journey with you. Who I work with
I work with adults of all ages. I have experience of providing counselling across different settings, including charity and educational environments. I work with a range of different issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, grief, identity, and low self-esteem. What's next? I offer a discounted first session of only £25 for one hour. I understand it can be a daunting prospect starting therapy and it’s important to find the right fit for you. There's no obligation to continue after this if you choose not to. Get in touch via my website or email to find out more or to book a first session!
