We are a domiciliary care agency, providing care and support for people in their own homes. Through professional aims and standards we provide a service that is personalised and of the highest quality - with years of experience within the care sector, we know and are able to deliver the type of care that people want and expect. Our team is full of reliable and caring people who always strive to do their best to help the people we look after. We are able to assist with personal care, social support, managing day to day issues, shopping and trips out, domestic and laundry support, assistance with medication, respite care, holidays away and end of life care. Additionally, we support people on both a long term and short term basis to maintain their independence and increase their health and well-being.

During Storm Goretti, when severe weather made travel unsafe and daily life difficult, our domiciliary care team showed incredible dedication and heart. ❤️

While many stayed indoors, our carers braved challenging conditions to ensure the people they support at home were safe, comfortable, and never alone.💙

Despite road closures, power cuts, and heavy rain, our staff went above and beyond — delivering essential care, providing reassurance, preparing meals, supporting with medication, and checking on wellbeing.

For many individuals, especially those living alone, this support was a vital lifeline.

We want to say a huge thank you to our amazing care team. Your kindness, resilience, and commitment do not go unnoticed. You put others first when it mattered most, and we are incredibly proud of every one of you.

Through referral-based food parcels, often provided at very short notice, they deliver a vital service to vulnerable people across the city.

Our two lovely clients❤️

Not all clients have family nearby who they can spend Christmas Day with or have a Christmas dinner with.

Two of our lovely team Teresa and Morgan both took it upon themselves when cooking their own family Christmas dinner at home to take them a Christmas dinner whilst on shift.💙

Both clients were so happy and both thoroughly enjoyed their meals 🧑‍🎄

We cannot thank you both enough for your kindness 💙

Our Story

We are a family owned and managed domiciliary care agency, providing care and support for people in their own homes. We aim to provide a service that is personalised and of the highest quality. We are able to do that through our many years experience of the care sector and from knowing and delivering the type of care that people want and expect. We have an amazing staff team that we have worked with at other local companies and who also know what quality really is. We are able to assist with personal care, social support, managing day to day issues, shopping and trips out, domestic and laundry support, assistance with medication, respite care, holidays away and end of life care.

We also have our own minibus and organise regular trips and outings for our clients on a ‘not for profit’ basis.

We support people on both a long term and short term basis to maintain their independence and increase their health and well-being.
