On the weekend I attended a deeply nourishing day-workshop with Duncan Hulin, founder and director of the Devon School of Yoga. From powerful kriyas, to slow and mindful asana, to caring and inquisitive satsang, as well as other pranayama and wholesome Qi Gong to close the day.

As a yoga teacher its easy to get caught up in doing the best I can for other people along their yoga journies; so this was the perfect reminder to dedicate the same intention to indulge in my own practice on that deeper level. My soul feels rejuvenated and fulfilled 🙏
