Following a complete and thorough physiotherapy assessment, Your physio will be able to offer evidence based treatment in the form of exercise prescription, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, strength and conditioning programmes, taping and sports massage. Treatment will be in an open and honest manner, with a realistic timeline explained to you from the start, and no more treatment sessions than you actually need. If it becomes apparent that we are unable to help you, we will happily advise you on management strategies and further referral options (NHS Pathways, Podiatry and GP etc.) As members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, we strives to use the latest research in his approach to treating you.
