Our Yoga for Beginners course is a gentle and supportive way to start your yoga journey. You’ll learn the foundations of common poses, simple breathing techniques, and how to practise yoga safely with your own body. With plenty of personal guidance and attention throughout the course, you’ll have space to ask questions, build confidence, and feel comfortable stepping into regular classes.
If you miss a class or two, don’t worry — we’ll give you a free class pass to any non-heated class in the studio so you can still enjoy your practice.
