Join Michelle for this very special Yin and Yoga Nidra Workshop. We will review the main principles of what it means to practice Yin. We will explore our relationship to the present moment within different postures and at the same time cultivate an attitude of kindness and compassion towards ourselves.
After the Yin Yoga we will settle into comfort for the practice of Yoga Nidra. This is a deep guided meditation practice where you will be taken on a journey through the body to the breath and onwards to the liminal space between wakefulness and sleeping. This part of the practice will promote deep rest and rejuvenation for body, mind and soul.
