Battling Fibromyalgia CFS and Arthritis is definitely a journey. Not being able to ride, loosing my heart horse. Struggling to walk and now walking with a stick. Life can certainly swipe the rug from under your feet, but I will never give up. So I'm pulling up my big girls pants and let's do this. The conversations we have around food need to be better and more honest. I will be getting help from different people and support groups and getting support with my eating habits and looking at helping my mind as well as my body. 💪 🏃‍♂️
