Simply counselling is a community interest company. We provide low cost counselling to individuals, couples, carers and families. We have over 30 counsellors who are trained and offer a range of counselling styles and techniques to meet the needs of a diverse clientele. We believe counselling should be available to everyone. We have a sliding scale for fees and clients pay an amount they can afford according to their income bracket. We pride ourselves on having no waiting list and in our ability to offer open ended sessions. Why the community needs this charity

When people suffer from common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, stress and grief, or problems with relationships, familiy or self esteem, they are unable to engage fully in community life. They may find it hard to work, bring up their familes and live productive lives. Our counselling service is proven to improve mental health problems and assist clients to integrate more fully in the community, come off benefits and maintain successful and happy relationships and families. Simply Counselling has always strived to offer funded and subsidized sessions for those who need it. However as the cost of living crisis rages on and funding becoming harder to obtain, we have launched a go fund me page to help bridge the gap.

We are proud to announce we are working towards charity status but until then we really need your help to provide funded sessions for people who are really struggling.
