We are very excited to announce a new partnership with Hybrid combat and hybrid performance gym.

We here at will be assisting and offering injury assessment and recovery to all members at hybrid performance & combat gym. Treatments include sports massage, dry cupping, shockwave therapy, deep & soft tissue massage, injury assessment, maintenance & diagnosis and kinesiology taping and strapping

Our clinic is based in keyham, out of and we will be offering 25% off all treatments over 1 hour long with proof of your hybrid membership.

🔥Client spotlight🔥

Been treating .wadham now for over a year and a half all ranging from extended knee work using shockwave, to weekly maintenance to keep his body as smooth as possible whilst training.

Our most recent change has been over head internal rotation of his left lat and shoulder causing him discomfort whilst having a bar over head.

Using a combination of P&F stretching, cupping, trigger point and deep tissue massage we’ve started to find the right treatment to give optimal relief. As you can see in the photos a huge difference after just 10 mins stretching.🙆‍♂️
