One year on – The Hub at Foulston Park celebrates a year of transforming lives in Devonport.

Since its doors opened in March 2025, The Hub has delivered some impressive numbers:
🎉 12,000+ local people supported through various health and wellbeing initiatives
🎉 18,000+ hours of community provision facilitated on-site
🎉 800+ active members regularly using the facilities
🎉 70% of those supported are from the top 30% most deprived areas nationally, with over half living within the PL1 postcode

🎉 One year of health, wellbeing, and life support!
It's day 8 of our first birthday countdown 🎈
We’re proud to be part of a network of 11 Wellbeing Hubs across Plymouth, all working together to support residents of all ages to improve their health and wellbeing, develop new life skills, and access advice and support.

Over the past year, we’ve been delighted to host a range of Livewell SW services on site, provide a welcoming space where members of the local community can connect and find support, and offer activities for people of all ages and abilities.

It’s been a wonderful year of building connections, supporting wellbeing, and bringing people together - and we look forward to continuing this work with our community.

We’re not just celebrating our first year - we’re leveling up for our second. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s landing at The Hub very soon:

🏗️ Major New Facilities: Completion of The Prep Zone, and multi-use community pitches!
🏋️ Gym Upgrades: New equipment including assisted dip/pull-up and abdominal crunch machines.

🎉 One Year of Community & Connection!

It's day 7 of our first birthday countdown 🎈A huge part of our mission this year has been our role as a Family Hub Satellite Site, in collaboration with Action for Children. Together, we’re making sure that vital education, health, and well-being services are right where they belong—embedded in the heart of our community.

We love seeing families come together at The Hub every week! Our weekly clubs include: Dads Club, Free Soft Play, and Family Clubs. From high-tech fun in our Esports Arena to classic board games in the cafe and exciting treasure hunts, there are quality time activities for all!
