It can also affect our physical health & lead to further health problems. Depression doesn't happen in a vacuum; so many things can impact on it, but so many things can also help to improve it.

Good afternoon everyone,

I wanted to share that I’m officially closing the CIC.

After spending over five hours trying to navigate HMRC systems that wouldn’t load properly, sitting on hold with no one answering, discovering my FreeAgent account can’t sync because of the way my previous accounts were filed, and learning that Companies House now charges £44 just to strike off a company, I’ve decided I’m not filing anything.

The CIC will simply be allowed to close naturally, which is entirely valid and far less stressful than battling dysfunctional government systems.

If Facebook allows it, I’ll switch this page over to a Sound Bath page going forward.

Thank you so much to everyone who came to our events, supported our mission, funded us, or cheered us on along the way.
This isn’t an ending for me—just the end of the bureaucratic chaos that comes with running a CIC.
