Life at The Retreat is all about staying involved in the things that matter. From movement and creativity to companionship and outings, we believe every resident should have opportunities to enjoy each day in a meaningful way.

Our weekly exercise sessions are designed to suit all abilities and are always well attended. These classes help with mobility and wellbeing while creating a fun and social atmosphere. We also offer a range of creative and therapeutic activities with residents enjoying painting and gardening in our beautiful garden.

Getting out into the wider Plymouth community is also important. We organise regular trips to museums, parks, and local shops to keep residents connected and engaged.
