Sometimes the Most Productive thing you can do is... Rest.
We may often feel guilty for resting.
With our goal driven minds, resting may feel like nothing is achieved.
Have you ever walked away from your desk at work, to come back and find your subconscious mind has figured out that problem you were trying to solve?
This is the power of rest, taking a break and giving your mind and body space to breathe.
By allowing ourselves to simply be, trusting our inner knowing, we already know everything we need to know.
Rest can sometimes be the most productive thing we do!
