There is so much happening in the health space at the moment that it is hard to keep up sometimes without a feeling of overwhelm. However, keep the focus on what you can change and improve on, and when it's all a bit too much, overwhelming, conflicting, or just downright confusing, focus on progress not perfection.
And to that end we have reached the next stage in providing bespoke formulations based on your fuctional needs. Reducing cost and number of pills...
Testing on family first!..., identifying snags and hurdles but having the first two products off the production line is fantastic start to 2025. We are receiving great feedback on the concept that is now becoming a reality. Please let us know what you think as we're here for you so that you can optimise you.

Progress! ...over the festive time we have had fun further developing the possibility of providing our bespoke range, formulated uniquely for you, supplements. We're getting very close now with great initial feedback on the price and the reduction in number of capsules needed in a protocol, with even the possibility of powder only options.

This is just the tip of the iceberg of which we are all a part. And a canary in the mine we all need to listen too. Vitamin recommended doses are based on the preventing the deficiency disease, not optimal health. This is vital to understand. If you have reached deficiency status you could be many times below optimal levels for functioning in our lives today. Remember bloods are most commonly taken from ill, inferm, old, and injured patients, not optimal functioning ones, the data set is squewed far from optimal health. Your unique needs and genetics are not considered.
So get your bloods assessed functionally not pathologically. It could be the best thing you do this year for your health. Stay awesome! Happy New Year.

I hope everyone is enjoying seasonal preparations! As it's the weekend I am behind the scenes of the clinic again and pleased to announce that after some excellent feedback we are not only expanding or range of products (more on this later) but also increasing the pot size of our most popular products. We are now providing both our Magnesium Glycinate and Betaine HCL (600mg) in 180 pot sizes making them even better value. More to come as requests warrant.

We are also making excellent progress with our plan to provide patients with bespoke supplement combinations tailored to your unique needs, initially with 6 patents having their products made up as a proof of concept. This is possible having had their protocols confirmed with functional biochemical analysis. We are looking forward to their feedback. This is a big step, and as some of you may know, I have recently started a YouTube channel to share some of the things I have learned after nearly 30 patient-facing years in the Naturopathic and Functional medicine space. I started my first degree in 1993!
