Restoration Counselling I provide professional, confidential short- and long-term counselling and psychotherapy. Feeling lost? Broken? Confused? Without hope? Life not making sense?

I’m also a qualified person-centred Supervisor, providing supervision for trainee and qualified Counsellors and other professionals. Need to talk.... someone to listen? Restoration Counselling offers a safe, confidential space to talk through your concerns with a trained, professional Counsellor. A place to be valued and heard. I offer short-term Counselling and longer-term Psychotherapy for many different issues, including abuse, bereavement, low-self-esteem, relationship difficulties, stress, divorce, grief and loss, loneliness, miscarriage, stillbirth and depression.

Sometimes the memories
run too deep
and Christmastime brings
all those heartfelt feelings
to the fore.
A photo , a scent, a song,
all have the power to
take us back to happier times,
bygone Christmases, where
everyone was present
and everything felt perfect.
If we could converse
with the missing ones,
One thing is for sure,
They would say
'Enjoy it for me'
So, let's hang the tinsel
let's deck the halls and
lay an extra place
at the table
With them in mind.
