The conversations I have had this past week have been a powerful reminder of how, when we face challenges in life, they often feel overwhelming. Yet, these troubles become insignificant when we listen to the stories of those so young, facing hardships with such resilience. Just as nature teaches us to adapt and grow, these young individuals show a curiosity and strength that inspires us to be more empathetic, understanding, humble, and reflective. Their ability to survive and thrive against adversity puts our own struggles into perspective, reminding us that what we often see as difficult may, in fact, be trivial. While adults may worry and complain about things that are not truly important, these young people demonstrate courage, perseverance, and a quiet strength that urges us to shift our focus toward what genuinely matters.

It's day four of and we are celebrating our achievements! We asked what our staff, the people we support, and their families viewed as their biggest mental health achievement since last year's awareness week and had some incredible answers - watch the full video to see engagements, beach photos, and a very cute dog!

For the third day of we asked our team, the people we support, and their families what activities helped their mental health. We got some great answers! Surprisingly, a lot of people's answers just happened to involve some form of movement, so we're all very on theme.

We're looking for music loving people who can work both independently and cooperatively to join an existing team based in Ivybridge, Devon.
No need to be trained or have prior experience; we want people with the right attitude who are willing to learn.

For we asked our team, the people we support, and their families what movement makes them feel good and got loads of great answers. From karaoke to cricket, rockpooling to running, everyone at Support'ed had a way of moving that worked for them.
Movement can help mental health and overall well-being in many ways, including; reducing stress and anger, increasing motivation and focus, giving a natural energy boost, and of course (the most important thing) having fun!
