Come and find out how we can support your mental health and wellbeing at The Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Open Day.

Held at Plymouth Methodist Central Hall, Eastlake Street, PL1 1BA on Thursday 14th May 2026 from 12pm – 4pm. The event is open to all, everyone is welcome, no booking necessary.

This free event will bring together a wide range of other community groups and organisations to showcase the many activities and services available across the city that support positive mental health.

Bowel screening can detect cancer at an early stage – and sometimes before cancer develops – making treatment more effective and helping to save lives.

It's a great opportunity for 50- 74-year-olds to complete their kit and keep an eye out for the next kit arriving in the post.
