I wanted to personally share some important updates about the business, taking effect from September 2025.
As many of you know, Iโm always striving to grow both personally and professionally - and with that in mind, Iโm excited to share that Iโll be returning to university this month to begin my Masterโs degree ๐
To support this new chapter, there will be a few key adjustments to how the business will operate:
1๏ธโฃ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ - ๐ ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐-๐ง๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ
From the 15th September 2025, Iโll be shifting to part-time hours to help balance my studies alongside my work. This means reduced availability moving forward.
2๏ธโฃ ๐ช๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ ๐ข๐ป๐น๐ (๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ)
While I finalise my university timetable, appointments will be available ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐น๐ throughout September. Iโll keep you updated as soon as I have more clarity on future availability.

Due to an increase in cancellations and rescheduled appointments, Iโll be introducing a ๐ฑ๐ฌ% ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ for all future bookings. Deposits will be taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
With reduced availability, this policy is essential to help manage the schedule fairly and ensure that appointment times are respected by all.
Thank you for your support and understanding during this transition. While there will be some changes to scheduling, my commitment to delivering high-quality care and service remains the same.
