Hi everyone - here’s an important clinic update 👇

After over 4 years at MoreCore Gym Saltash , I wanted to let you know that the space has now been sold.

I’m currently setting up a 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 with some personal touches, and I can’t wait to share it with you soon! 🙌

𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝:
• I will be offering mobile appointments only for the next 3 weeks - so I can continue supporting you during this transition 🏡

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞:
• From April 20th, I will not be taking on new clients due to a 7-week placement for my Master’s course 🎓
• Existing clients can still book weekend appointments 🌟

📣 𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝘽𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙐𝙥𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚 – 𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙 📣

I wanted to personally share some important updates about the business, taking effect from September 2025.

As many of you know, I’m always striving to grow both personally and professionally - and with that in mind, I’m excited to share that I’ll be returning to university this month to begin my Master’s degree 🎓

To support this new chapter, there will be a few key adjustments to how the business will operate:

1️⃣ 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 - 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲
From the 15th September 2025, I’ll be shifting to part-time hours to help balance my studies alongside my work. This means reduced availability moving forward.

2️⃣ 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 (𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱)
While I finalise my university timetable, appointments will be available 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 throughout September. I’ll keep you updated as soon as I have more clarity on future availability.

3️⃣ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆
Due to an increase in cancellations and rescheduled appointments, I’ll be introducing a 𝟱𝟬% 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 for all future bookings. Deposits will be taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

With reduced availability, this policy is essential to help manage the schedule fairly and ensure that appointment times are respected by all.

Thank you for your support and understanding during this transition. While there will be some changes to scheduling, my commitment to delivering high-quality care and service remains the same.

📌 𝟐𝟒-𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫

To respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance.

As each appointment is held especially for you, late cancellations (with less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged the full treatment amount, within reason. I absolutely understand that unexpected, serious situations - like emergencies or bereavement - can happen, and of course, compassion will always come first.

However, please understand that short-notice cancellations for avoidable or non-urgent reasons impact my ability to manage time and accommodate other clients.
