Tommy has been visiting Abbotsfield Hall to help out around the home and take the time to have a chat with the residents. His friendly nature and kindness have made him a real favourite. 💛

We’re pleased to say he’ll now be visiting every week. From helping with small jobs to sharing a smile and a story, his visits make a real difference to everyone at the home. 🌟

Yesterday our team took part in a First Aid Training session here at the Positive Steps office. 💙

Making sure our staff are equipped with the right skills means we can provide safer, more confident support every day. From CPR to essential first aid responses, we’re always learning and growing to better support the people we work with.

A big thank you to everyone who took part – and to our trainer Amanda from South West Training Solutions Limited for delivering such an engaging and practical session! 👏
