Yesterday, our wonderful Field Care Supervisors arranged a coffee morning at the Venton Centre, Mount Gould, at the Time and Again Cafe.
Rachel worked extremely hard on arranging this and getting a Smell and Tell game for everyone to play.
The Smell and Tell is a fun, interactive game designed to boost sensory stimulation and increase social interaction. Everyone had a lovely time, and the smiles say a thousand words. Thank you, Rachel, Helen and Claire!

A big THANKYOU!! 💙🚘

This week, one of our carers found a nail in his tyre while out on visits- not ideal when people are relying on you!
Thankfully, a brilliant local garage stepped in and saved the day, fixing it quickly and getting him back on the road safely.

Because of their speedy help, our carer was able to get back on the road to our lovely customers.

We dropped off some cakes today as a small token of our appreciation - such kindness and support from our local community never goes unnoticed! 💙

A lovely moment to share 💙

Our lovely Field Supervisor, Stacey, recently paid a visit to one of our much-missed customers. It was special to be able to catch up and make sure he is doing well. Stacey brought along some cake, which he'll be enjoying with his new carers and friends- we hope it added a little extra sweetness to his day!

It means a lot to all of us to continue the relationships we have built 💙

Our wonderful Live-in care Supervisors , Kerrie and Rosie, recently visited Moments Café and the Memory Matters Hub to chat with Damian, the café manager, about our Bluebird Care live-in service.

They received such a warm welcome from Damian, who shared more about the café’s fantastic community groups and the inspiring work they do to raise funds for the dementia charity, Memory Matters.

Located in the heart of the city centre, Moments Café offers a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for people living with dementia — a truly special place making a real difference.
