A message for your child: There are no 'bad' or 'wrong' emotions. It is okay to feel sad, angry, lonely, afraid, anxious, upset, stuck… There is no shame in any of these. The important thing is to listen to how you are feeling. And if you are struggling to cope, talk to someone – a friend, parent, trusted adult or a listening service. How you feel is always valid.

We’d love to introduce a school EPQ project from an autistic young woman, Aimee Lloyd who writes about the experiences of her sister, friends and other autistic girls as well as herself at school.
AGN did not take part in this research and is not affiliated with it but it’s great to be seeing the subject talked about in secondary school.

A confidential and free service for anyone up to 18 years old. Child sexual exploitation issues were featured on BBC National News this morning. The number of people who are under 18 who perpetrate is rising fast. This site will help those who have been exploited, or those young people who realise they have made a mistake in posting inappropriate images and want to have them removed.

Hello! Calling All Young People Of Year 9, 10 or 11 Ages Soon!
We are currently exploring venues in and around Plymouth, that are suitable to deliver our acclaimed DRIFTS Resilience and Social Skills Programme as a WEEKDAY, DAYTIME, offer for young people who are either being home educated, or struggling to attend school regularly for whatever reason.
As a small not-for-profit we are not funded to offer this programme and so are looking for a kind business / cafe owner who might let us have a space for free or peanuts !!
If you know of anyone, or would like to share this post widely, to help us make this happen, we would be 'eternally grateful' as the Aliens in Toy Story say!!
For further information, or to just have a chat about DRIFTS, or to offer us a little space that could house up to about 12 people that would be fantastic! (We are happy to work in spaces where other members of the public are around, as this is helpful for the young people we work with and we are always well behaved!!)
