Thank you so much for supporting us through our first year. It’s been such a joy being part of your health journeys and building some really lovely connections.

We honestly feel very lucky. Coming to work and helping you feel better and hopefully poking your funny bone along the way means it never feels like work at all.

Thank you for putting your trust in us and being part of our little clinic community.

What a gorgeous way to end the year.
After having the privilege of speaking at British Chiropractic’s centenary conference (Chiro Live ’25) in November - where I helped run the student workshop. I then had the absolute pleasure of welcoming two of the attendees to Plymstock Chiropractic for observation days.

It was such a joy spending more time with these bright, enthusiastic young people, and I’ve no doubt they’ll make "cracking" additions to our profession. 😉🦴

Days like these remind me just how special my profession is, and how exciting the future of Chiropractic looks.

So incredibly proud of our wonderful massage therapist Helen, her lovely daughter Laura, and our brilliant patient Karen, who all completed the Bristol Trail Escape Marathon last weekend.

What an amazing achievement-it takes real determination (and probably a fair few blisters!) to take on those miles.

Safe to say their medals are well deserved… as are their post-marathon massages and chiropractic adjustments.
