A big thank you to the lovely team at Atlas for welcoming us into their workshop and giving us a tour behind the scenes while we chose our new clinic bench.

We’re so grateful for their expert guidance and craftsmanship, and it feels extra special to support such an incredible multi-generational British company. 🇬🇧

We can’t wait for our new bench to arrive at the clinic!

We honestly feel very lucky. Coming to work and helping you feel better and hopefully poking your funny bone along the way means it never feels like work at all.

What a gorgeous way to end the year.
After having the privilege of speaking at British Chiropractic’s centenary conference (Chiro Live ’25) in November - where I helped run the student workshop. I then had the absolute pleasure of welcoming two of the attendees to Plymstock Chiropractic for observation days.

It was such a joy spending more time with these bright, enthusiastic young people, and I’ve no doubt they’ll make "cracking" additions to our profession. 😉🦴

Days like these remind me just how special my profession is, and how exciting the future of Chiropractic looks.
Here’s to seeing what 2026 has to offer ❤️

So incredibly proud of our wonderful massage therapist Helen, her lovely daughter Laura, and our brilliant patient Karen, who all completed the Bristol Trail Escape Marathon last weekend.

What an amazing achievement-it takes real determination (and probably a fair few blisters!) to take on those miles.

Safe to say their medals are well deserved… as are their post-marathon massages and chiropractic adjustments.
Well done ladies 😍💪🏼

What a lovely and varied start to our week here at Plymstock Chiropractic.

Dr Hannah had the pleasure of adjusting a one-week-old baby and later, a Team GB swimmer preparing to compete on the international stage. It’s a true reminder that chiropractic care is for every spine – from the tiniest newborns to elite athletes.
